Making videos!!

Hey everyone!! I want to make a video, but I do not know how!!! So if you can just give me some advise, and show me how to put the video on my blog. No-one has gone on my blog since last month!! Ther are stories that I am putting on my blog, and today I put a picture of someone on my blog, and if you can guess who that person is, than you must know a lot about me!!Anyway, just tell me how to put the video on my blog, and then I can turn my stories into videos!!
